Conveniently located at the Blu In Property with direct access to Ocotillo Wells SVRA.   We are just 2 hours from San Diego, 3 hours from Los Angeles and a short drive from Palm Springs, Borrego Springs, Julian and Salton Sea.

Every rental requires a rental agreement signed by the renter and a release of liabiity waiver signed by all riders.  Adults can sign waivers for minors.  All waivers and agreements are available at time of booking and it is recommended to complete them before you arrive so your entire group is authorized to drive and ride. 

Our Side by Side Rentals at Ocotillo Wells are available half day 8-12 or 12:00-4:00.  Full day is from 8-4pm.  We are open everyday.  Our season begins in October and end in May, depending on weather conditions.  ATV single passenger Quad Rentals are available for 2, 4, 8 or 24 hours.

You need to be 18 or older and hold a full and valid drivers license to be able to rent/operate a vehicle.  Please bring drivers license and credit or debit card with you on the day of your booking.

The cost of these high performace vehicles exceeds $30,000, so we do ask for a $2,500 security deposit on side by side rentals.  The ATV's have a $500 deposit or $1000 if rented overnight. This deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge and will be released within a few days after the vehicle is returned without damage. There is no insurance on rentals so if the vehicles are damaged you will be responsible for the full amount of the repairs. The damage hold is not applied to your credit card until the day of the rental. 

We provide one full tank of gas with each rental. Additional fuel can be purchased from us if needed. All vehicles use 91 octane fuel.

​Due to high demand for our vehicles, we do NOT offer refunds except in the case of operator cancellation or within 24 hours of the initial booking, however there is a credit card processing fee of 3% deducted from the refund.  In addition, if the rental activity is initially booked within a 48 hour period, there are no refunds. 

However, customers can cancel and reschedule on another available date during the same season at no cost, our current 2024-2025 season starts October and ends in May.  You can only reschedule within this same season.    

 We recommend wearing long pants, closed toe shoes. Long sleeve shirt and sweatshirts are recommended in colder weather.  A valid driver's license is required and either a credit or debit card is necessary for the security deposit. Always carry and drink plenty of water.  

*Pro Tip- Bring Soft Sided Cooler Bags for your snacks and drinks, there a lots of beautiful picnic spots. 

You may bring your own DOT helmet and goggles or we can provide them for you at no cost.

You can dry camp in the park or BLM areas for free or rent space right next door at the Ocotillo RV Park.

We do not over overnight on the CanAm Maverick car rentals, but you may rent from us multiple days!  Each day you will get a full tank of gas.  

We do offer overnight rentals on single passenger ATV Quads only, not the 4 passenger cars.

No, our vehicles are only rented out for use in the Ocotillo Wells SVRA Park Area.

By renting and operating a vehicle from our company, you acknowledge and accept that off-roading is an inherently dangerous activity that carries significant risks, including serious injury, disability, or death. You assume full responsibility for your actions and agree to abide by all safety rules.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this activity at your own risk.

Our company does not provide insurance coverage for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your rental.

You agree to waive all claims against our company, owners, employees, affiliates, and manufacturers for any injuries or damages arising from the use of rented vehicles.

KEEP YOUR ARMS AND BODY INSIDE THE VEHICLE

To prevent serious injuries, including broken bones and amputations, keep your arms, hands, and all body parts inside the vehicle at all times—whether you're driving or riding as a passenger.  In the event of a roll over hold on to the steering wheel or criss cross arms making a x pattern.

SAFETY RULES & REQUIRED CONDUCT

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund:

✅ KEEP ALL BODY PARTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. Extending arms, hands, or legs outside the vehicle can result in severe injuries, including amputation.

✅ SEAT BELTS AND HELMETS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. No exceptions.

✅ WINDOW NETS MUST REMAIN SECURED. All UTVs are equipped with window nets to help keep rocks and debris from flying in the vehicle.

✅ USE HANDLES & GRAB BARS, NOT THE ROLL CAGE. Never grab onto the roll cage or put your arms outside the vehicle.

✅ WATCH THE REQUIRED SAFETY VIDEO BEFORE OPERATING A VEHICLE. All drivers must watch a 4-minute safety video upon arrival.

PROHIBITED DRIVING BEHAVIOR

Reckless driving puts you and others at serious risk. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

🚫 Excessive Speed

🚫 Holding onto the roll cage while driving

🚫 Extending arms or body parts outside the vehicle

🚫 Doing donuts or other stunt driving

🚫 Climbing steep hills dangerously

If you are caught engaging in any of the above behaviors, your rental will be revoked immediately with no refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that our company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from accidents, reckless driving, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

You are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your use of the rented vehicle.

RIDING ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED

For your safety, we strongly advise against riding alone. If you are injured or experience a rollover, having a riding partner or group can make a critical difference in getting help quickly.

Off-roading can be unpredictable, and cell service may be limited in certain areas.

Traveling with others ensures that someone can assist you in case of an emergency.

Always let someone know your planned route and estimated return time.
